Where is Casa LaMont located?
Casa LaMont is perched in the lush hills of the exclusive Amapas neighborhood, just a short walk from Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Romantic Zone. The villa offers total privacy while remaining close to beaches, dining, nightlife, and shopping—all with breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas.
Who is Casa LaMont ideal for?
Casa LaMont is perfect for families, groups of friends, and travelers seeking a refined, residential-style luxury stay. The home is designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation in one of Puerto Vallarta’s most desirable locations.
How many guests can stay at Casa LaMont?
The maximum occupancy is eight (8) guests total at any time.
This limit is strict and may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Do guests have exclusive access to the home?
Yes. Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay.
For safety and operational reasons, certain areas are not intended for guest use, including:

These areas are clearly designated and secured.
Are outside visitors allowed?
No outside visitors are permitted unless:

What is the bedroom layout?
Casa LaMont features four beautifully appointed bedrooms:

One pool-level suite with a queen bed and easy access to outdoor living areas with a small comfortable sitting in the adjoining room.

Is concierge service available during our stay?
Yes. A dedicated PVRPV Vacation Expert will be available to assist you before arrival and throughout your stay. They will personally check you into the home and can help arrange services, experiences, and reservations both in advance and during your visit. This expert is your primary point of contact while staying at Casa LaMont. For urgent matters, a 24/7 emergency phone number will be provided in your welcome package.
Is maid service included?
Yes. Daily maid service is provided Monday through Friday.
With a four-level, four-bedroom home and expansive indoor and outdoor living areas, our professional housekeeping team ensures the villa is beautifully maintained—so you can fully relax and enjoy your vacation.
Will a property manager be on-site?
Casa LaMont is overseen by a Manager of Residences who may stop by periodically to deliver housekeeping supplies or, although unlikely, to address any maintenance or operational needs. These visits are brief, respectful of guest privacy, and conducted solely to ensure the home remains in excellent condition.
Will a gardener visit the property?
Yes. Due to the lush tropical landscaping surrounding Casa LaMont, a gardener may visit occasionally to maintain the greenery. These visits are limited to exterior areas only and are scheduled to be as unobtrusive as possible.
How is the pool maintained?
Given the size of the pool, professional pool maintenance occurs 2–3 times per week, typically during early morning hours. The technician works efficiently and discreetly to ensure the pool remains clean, clear, and ready for your enjoyment throughout your stay.
